Store & Booking Policies

1. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Promise Touch is strictly a non-medical service provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services (including but not limited to transportation, support care, and lymphatic drainage massage) are designed to provide physical comfort and logistical support during your recovery. You must always defer to the instructions and advice given by your surgeon or primary care physician.

2. Booking & Confirmation Policy

An inquiry does not equal a booking. To secure a booking on our calendar, a client must:

• Complete a consultation (call/text/email).
• Submit a completed intake form.
• Pay the required deposit.

Your booking is only confirmed once all steps are complete and the deposit is received.

3. Deposit & Pricing Rules

Once you receive a quote from Promise Touch, the deposit is due within 24 hours. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe:

• Those calendar dates may be released to other inquiring clients.
• Any promotional pricing quoted is subject to change. Prices are only locked in once a deposit is processed.

4. Travel & Location Restrictions

Promise Touch operates as a mobile service in Miami and Broward County. Please be aware:

• A recurring travel fee applies for services rendered in Broward County.
• If your recovery location (hotel/Airbnb) is more than 5 miles away from your surgery center, travel restrictions or additional transportation fees may apply. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Product & Rental Terms

Equipment Rentals (Zero Gravity Chair):

• Requires a 3-day minimum rental period.
• A $100 refundable deposit is required for self pick-up/return. This deposit is held to ensure the equipment is returned safely, on time, and undamaged.
• A $70 delivery/pick-up fee applies if you request us to handle transportation of the rental equipment.

Arnica Oil Usage:

• Promise Touch Arnica Oil is intended for external use only.
• Keep the oil away from eyes, mucous membranes, and open incisions.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult your physician.

6. Service Requirements

Lymphatic drainage massages can only be commenced after you have attended your official post-op appointment. Last-minute (same-day) requests or appointments scheduled on Sundays will be charged at a premium rate ($120 per session for massages).
